Mt. Ulap, Itogon, Benguet

The registration is at Ampucao Elementary School.

These were the people responsible for registration with some tour guide.

We started here.
This is the map that we had to follow with our guide, Allan.

This flag marks the camping site. There were some campers at that time who were preparing their tents to witness the beauty of sunrise and sunset.

It was so hot that I even used my umbrella. We weren't advised to bring a lot of water so we kept on expressing our grief about our thirst. It was a long journey so what we just wanted at that time was to quench our thirst the soonest. It was so challenging!

However, seeing the mountains around me made my soul stand in awe. I just so love mountains. I often wonder how were they formed with great perfection of wonder!

We went through Pong-ol Burial Caves. The guide didn't want us to take photos of the tombs as a sign of respect to the soul of the dead. The way down is steep that made some other hikers find hard to go down. It wasn't so dangerous for us though so we just ran down all the way quickly. Our motivation was-- we wanna drink water right awaayyy!!

Finally... the water!

At the end of the trail, there are a few stores that sell souvenirs and some food.
